Useful information
Local tourist tax
The local tax is €2.70 per night and person aged 14 and over. It is payable on site.
Breakfast
You can book our breakfast in the farmhouse parlor at Haus Rusticus at any time:
+ €20 per person per day.
Pillow
For a healthy and restful night’s sleep, you can choose between hay pillows and Swiss stone pine pillows.
Arrival & departure
Your room or apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you plan to arrive later in the evening, please let us know.
On the day of departure, we kindly request that you check out by 10:00 a.m.
Kids
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for our younger guests – simply request these when booking.
Children receive a 10% discount on the regular price for each year of age.
(Example: A 4-year-old child pays 40% of the normal price.)
Dogs
Please understand that we cannot accept dogs.
Smoking
Our house is a non-smoking house – please only smoke outside.

Cancellation
We know that plans can change. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your trip.
Our cancellation policy complies with the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1382):
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before arrival.
Between 2 months and 4 weeks prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
The full total price is due within the last 4 weeks before arrival.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full price for the booked nights will be charged.
The deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
